* Genetic diseases and genetic studies and treatments.
* Expenses at alternative medicine centers, anti-aging centers, treatments that are not scientifically proven, experimental treatments, and medical supplies, as well as drugs, treatments, and procedures considered experimental by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
* Botox applications are excluded.
* Any intervention, procedure, or treatment performed outside of an accredited institution.
